Sympathy towards staff

This is a difficult field and unfortunately not every day is puppies and kittens

Responsibility

We cannot effectively care for your pet without all details regarding their lifestyle and without knowing your expectations for their treatment

Oak Grove Animal Hospital will not tolerate the following behavior towards staff, patients, and clients:

  1. Physical abuse
  2. Verbal abuse
  3. Emotional abuse

Behaviors that compromise the safety of any patient, client, or staff member will be addressed immediately with the potential of removal from the clinic grounds. Please note, firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.
