Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. We make every attempt to see our patients at their scheduled appointment time. To ensure we run on time, we ask all clients to arrive with their pets on time. If you are late by 10 minutes you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If the provider does agree to see your pet, it will be handled as a work-in appointment and will be when the schedule allows so that other patients’ appointments remain on time and ensure that all patients are receiving quality care.

Emergency Cases

Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please understand that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. If your pet needs to be seen and our appointments are booked, please ask about dropping them off. We offer this service so that your pet’s medical needs can be met promptly.
