Under anesthesia, we use ultrasound technology to thoroughly and efficiently clean your pet’s teeth above and below the gum line. Your pet’s teeth are then polished to create a smooth tooth surface that is more resistant to plaque buildup.

Dental Cleaning & Exams

During the dental procedure, we evaluate your pet’s teeth for fractures, caries (cavities), excessive wear, and other abnormalities. We will also examine around the gums to detect periodontal disease and use digital dental radiographs to look for unhealthy teeth, such as those with periodontal disease or abscessed roots, that need extraction.
