"100% Recommend.Before I moved abroad to Germany 2 years ago I brought my dog to their office for a microchip and FDA certificate, and the staff was absolutely incredible. Completely efficient, empathetic, supportive, and knowledgeable.When I first moved overseas, there was a mixup at the USDA office in Wisconsin (nothing to do with Oak Grove Animal Hospital) where the administration in Wisconsin gave me the wrong certificate for someone else's animal, and this almost jeopardized my chance of getting on my flight let alone entering the EU. Even when I arrived in customs in Germany, there were still issues due to the mistake on the USDA's side. Due to this, the flight staff and the national FDA office in New York had to get in touch to verify my dogs vaccines and health records, and Oak Grove Animal Hospital was always responsive, even during early hours. Their staff saved me during the most stressful period of my move with their assurance and responsiveness, and I couldn't be more grateful.I will always highly recommend their office and share it with friends and family, and more. My whole family only uses Oak Grove Animal Hospital for their pets and I just wanted to share my utmost appreciation and admiration for their team."
